Kathryn E. Keeton is CEO and Managing Consultant of Minerva Work Solutions, PLLC. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters and Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. She is also a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas. Elizabeth is a visiting fellow of the The Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard (LISH), established to spur the development of a science of innovation through a program of solving real-world innovation challenges and conducting rigorous scientific research and analysis. In conjunction with team members from Harvard and NASA, she offers comprehensive workshops and consulting services drawn from decades of experience in practicing and researching a variety of open innovation (OI) approaches in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Elizabeth E. Richard is founder of EER Strategies, LLC and a visiting fellow at the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard University. She serves as an advisor for the Game Changer Collaborative innovation network, focused on helping large enterprises effectively innovate from the outside in. Elizabeth was previously a senior strategist for NASA’s Human Health and Performance Directorate where she was responsible for strategic planning and partnership development, and was instrumental in the establishment of the NASA Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation. She specializes in innovation strategy, collaborative engagement, organizational change management, and open innovation consulting for the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Elizabeth has designed and led workshops for clients in all sectors, and is a frequent speaker and author on the topics of strategy innovation and collaborative engagement.
