  • Conducted an interactive innovation strategy exercise for Hero MotoCorp leadership resulting in an innovation strategy aligned with their corporate strategy and providing them with a roadmap for making sound trade off decisions and choosing the right innovation practices.
  • Formulated strategy for and contributed to development of NASA’s Solution Mechanism Guide (SMG), a web based knowledge management tool that bridges strategic management and strategic innovation approaches, empowering employees to utilize innovation tools and platforms and increasing the use of novel problem solving approaches within the organization.  The SMG is a critical component in advancing a culture of innovation within NASA.
  • Partnered with NASA to develop and establish the Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation (CoECI). CoECI’s mission is to advance and share best practices in open innovation across U.S. federal agencies. Also designed and facilitated a strategy workshop for CoECI to inform the construction of a roadmap to provide the foundation for prioritization of open innovation projects and funding requirements. 
  •  Conducted a market survey and stakeholder assessment, developed strategic recommendations for partnering and commercial development, and authored the Future Growth and Expansion portion of the Space Life Sciences Laboratory Repurposing Study for Space Florida, the aerospace economic development agency of the State of Florida.​
  • Developed the strategy for and established and managed the NASA Human Health and Performance Center (NHHPC) in conjunction with the director.  The NHHPC was a virtual center aimed at advancing innovation in human health and performance using open innovation and other collaborative methodologies. After six years, member organizations numbered more than 150 and spanned the corporate, academic, nonprofit and government sectors working together on collaborative projects.
